In our market, many properties receive multiple offers, but not all. Some have pricing strategies that invite overbidding, while some houses are priced higher and may sell at their list price or under; some seem to be “sitting” on the market for ages, and still others are short sales and foreclosures. It’s our job to make sense of this for you—to know what properties are worth, and to help you navigate the bidding and negotiation process.
We’ll preview properties, show you places, and send you email listings and open house schedules to keep you informed about the market. Our policy is to only represent one client looking for the same property in the same location at the same time. This means you get focused, honest representation, without divided loyalties. Once your offer has been accepted, we’ll walk you through the inspections, help you secure your financing, and guide you through the escrow. It’s our job to look out for your best interests and to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations under your purchase agreement.
