Real estate in the Bay Area is like football in Texas. In my ten years as a Realtor in the East Bay, I’ve learned that everyone here thinks about real estate, is interested in it, has an opinion or a question. We talk about it at parties and at the farmer’s market; we are passionate about real estate. I am a Realtor because I share that passion.
I express that passion though service. Chart property elevations for a client who bikes to work? Yep, I’ve done that. Call teachers to explore school options for a client with a special needs child? Done that too. Negotiate with clarity and strength for every one of my clients needs? That one I do every time.
I’m proud to say I have a strong base of referrals and repeat business from clients. I think that’s because I work hard to be a useful resource, so my relationship with my clients doesn’t end when the escrow closes. Need a painter? Need to find an agent to sell your uncle’s ranch in Montana? Need to know the difference between a condo and a TIC? I can help.
I live in Oakland. I’m married and have a son. I sew, cook, dance, and walk on stilts. I have lived in Austin, Boise, and Portland. And although I know the Bay Area can be a challenging place to live, I think the texture, richness, and beauty of our lives here is very special.
I’m committed to providing real estate service with professionalism, integrity, and tenacity. If you have a real estate need, I hope you’ll consider giving me a call.
